About Mary Alvarez

Mary started in the real estate industry working for Alain Pinel Realtors in Saratoga/Cupertino in 1997 where she was born and raised. After moving to South County in 2000, she joined the company of Century 21 Premier in Morgan Hill as a principal in 2002 and together with her partners, achieved incredible growth both in agents and in unit sales, i.e., approximately 60 agents and two offices in 2002 to six offices and over 200 agents by 2005.
During the years of 2005 through 2011 the economy was heading into recession. Adapting quickly to a changing market and foreseeing the inevitable, Mary established relationships with many banks and asset management companies and was lucky to work with banks to list and sell over 300 REO properties.
Mary is now associated with Windermere Valley Properties and her real estate career is on solid footing. Values are springing back and activity is good. The Windermere brand is a high-end, client focused company that provides important tools to its agents to accomplish our clients' goals efficiently, professionally and with a high degree of class. Mary offers her clients over 19 years of full-time real estate negotiating and marketing experience and plans to continue down the same path for decades to come.
